FUNCTIONS:

The Advocate General is the first law

The Advocate General appears on behalf
of the Government of the state in all cases in any Court in which the
Government of the state is concerned.

Legislature without a right to vote.

The Advocate General enjoys all the
privileges and immunities that are available to a Member of State legislature.
